I had a Non-Immigrant-O Visa, valid with multiple entry until March 23, 2023. I will come back to Thailand on September 25th, 2023 and I want to stay until May 2024. Can I extend my expired visa or do I have to apply for it again? Is it sufficient if I enter the country with this 30-day visa and do the annual visa on site at a trustworthy visa office. I was thinking of someone at Soy 13 Pattaya, a friend of mine recommended this office.

Best regards

Rainer

You have to apply for the visa again.....you cannot extend an expired one.

OP, it's not exactly clear what you had.

In any event it's expired.

Yes you can enter visa exempt and use an agent to obtain a non O retirement and 12 month extension.

If you want to exit Thailand and reenter during that 12 months you require a reentry permit.

You cannot obtain a ME Non O in Thailand.

From the address you mentioned in Pattaya seems you are referring to Maneerat visa agent Soi 13/2

Highly recommend by many.

Just get a new 1 year multi non o visa, job done and cheaper.
