I used to go to the Winter Gardens in Margate quite often to see bands.

The Smiths performed there in 1985 or thereabouts.

I wasn't overly enthusiastic about going to see them, but I was really glad that I did.

It was a great night.

Well, I guess I know where I will be on November 18th, My favorite singer, from my favorite band, of all time. Great music.  I’ve seen him four times, but alas, never got to see The Smiths live.

I missed him a couple of years ago due to Covid. I can't make it tomorrow, sadly.
