Trippy
A lot of guessing, and blah blah blah. The art of talking while saying nothing is alive and well. 1 2

Popular Post mfd101
Contrary to what some expats seem to think, I don't suppose expats are in the top 500 items on Srettha's to-do list. 4

Depends. His real focus is revenue from property development and sales. I rather doubt he cares who buys or what that means for Thai culture etc. But maybe it old mean he reduces the red tape for foreigners to buy. observer90210
Nothing will improve if the visa issues remain such a hassle with all the supporting documents required. Not to mention further issues with consulates abroad. A clever and pragmatic compromise would be to grant 90 day stay with no immigration hassle or question on the visa waiver that is currently only 30 days. (let's dream) TM30 issues are also a pain in the neck and should be able to be done online for all as currently only businesses/home renters can do so online (unless i am mistaken). fondue zoo
Tim, be quiet, we don't want the circus to notice us. Acting tough to protect Siam from foreign infidels is an easy go-to headline grabber for some here.
