No worries, just lucky that I had an unpaid bill in there so I could take a screenshot, I have several meters listed in the PEA APP (Ours, our neighbours, our Old House, BIL House and Niece her House)

As my bill is rarely above 2k I have just put 30k in one account  I use just for that. now good to go for a year.

I am with KBank and the PEA and they didn't have that app the last time I looked.

You don't need that PEA app. I pay all my utilities through Kbank app.

I have just done a snip from my KBank account, and while the MEA is showing, PEA is not.

The same is true for Krungsri Bank as well, so I also use the MEA app to pay my bill. The e-payment page is Thai only, so I use the Visa card option.

I would take that "bill" to an official PEA office and that then can be used to alert all their customers through a written message than can be delivered by the man who reads the meter.

 

in my own case, our monthly bill is paid automatically by direct debit.

Chris this bill was the possession of our local Tessaban where the locals can go and be informed of various going ons in the area and country. Other topics include dengue fever and covid and so on and so forth. They were infact alerting their flock, I would imagine that other Tessabans are doing the exact same.

You can get PEA to automatically debit your bank account when a new bill is issued. That's what I did. Same with the water bills from PWA, they just automatically take it from my bank account. Just go to the PEA/MEA/PWA etc office and ask them. They give a form which you take to your bank and the rest is history.

 

No more looking for bills, going to some place to pay them... very convenient. The second best option is to use their official app and just pay there. Anyways would recommend the app to monitor consumption.
