The Well To Do...are they not Thai nationals as well? How are they different from other Thais...is it because they're well to do? During the  Pheu Thai campaign, did they mentioned that some Thais will not be entitled for the 10,000 baht digital wallet.

Interestingly enough, my wife has been denied a few other handouts over the past few years, due to her bank account balance... So I am sure they can get an easy read on people's bank account balances.. I support truly helping the poor folks in need of help, but this whole thing appears to be a train wreck coming down the hill... in the end one can only hope that this gets in the hands of the needy folks!!!
