One year extension marriage that expires on March 2024, is it possible to apply for 60 days Thai wife before the expiration to be able to get the 400k funds as requirements to get one year extension marriage renewal? Let me know thanks

You cannot have 60 day Thai wife. You can marry women in some Muslim countries for that period, even less.
