My ex-wife’s has a few months to live and has no Will in Thailand 

Our daughter together holds a British and Thai passport

 

How does the Thai system work when there is no will ? 
 

The family are asking questions to my daughter about the matter

She is 22 and we have flown over to see her mum from uk
