“Holiday” by “The Isan Project” a new song and video is being launched today by the former Tourism and Sports Minister “Senator Weerasak Kowsurat” at a private luncheon at the Hyatt Regency Hotel on Sukhumvit, Bangkok.

The Isan Project’s brainchild and British Director/ Producer “Will Robinson” has teamed for the new production with “Colonel Sirikul Monsak” from The Royal Thai Army. The video features a young couple on a motorcycle trip on The Royal Coast of Thailand starting on Koh Talu Island and finishing at Wat Tham Chaeng in Cha Am.

The couple named “Fire and Earth”, (Earth wearing a Union Jack helmet) visit beach after beach on their amazing adventure up the coastline, also stopping at Wat Thang Sai, Pranburi Dam, Monsoon Valley Vineyard and a host of other stunning locations.

“Holiday” is aimed at encouraging International Tourists to visit the region and hopefully help boost the local economy. Senator Weerasak Kowsurat says "this is another narrowest part of mainland Asia Continent and is the narrowest part of Thailand but super rich in biodiversity along with cultural diversity.

The Video shows variety of angles about the people the places and the prides of Thainess".

Will Robinson adds “I spend three months a year on The Royal Coast in Hua Hin, it truly is a beautiful coastline full of surprises, we were determined to record this great trip on video and we wrote a nice song called “Holiday” that creates a real buzz in the film”.

The video is acted by Alvinz Saro who plays “Earth” and Bernz Diaz Aka Buhonero who plays “Fire” and also features top brass players from The Royal Thai Army Sergeant Major Pakin Mekloy of the 24th Military Circle and Master Sergeant Piriya Jitpakdee (Army Reserve Center). The music to the new film has been recorded in Buenos Airies, Singapore and Manchester and is written by “Will Robinson” and “Daniel Ryan”.

Not the most inspiring song to encourage hoards of visitors. Most shots could be anywhere on the coast.

Wonder what the two 'actor's ' work permits say?

Barry Upton has done better than this.

I don't share your negative view.

I thought the clip was lively, watchable and a good reflection of what it was trying to depict.

Nothing bad to say here.

Cliff Richard did something similar with an old London bus years ago!

I also vaguely remember a French "artistic" version featuring some young ladies who kept forgetting to put their clothes on! Gave a whole new and disturbing meaning to the phrase "running for the bus"!

Somebody made a Youtube video about Thailand. Why is this news? There are (probably) tens of thousands of these things out there.

It has served it's purpose....... you watched it  -  and went to the trouble of commenting on it.

I would say that is objective achieved.

I'd say it's objective is to get people to visit Thailand. I'm already here. Failure.
