KHON KAEN, Dec 12 (TNA) – The police in Khon Kaen have not yet issued a summons for Somrak Kamsing to provide a statement on the sexual abuse allegations, as they are waiting to question the 17-year-old girl first.

 

Somrak Kamsing, a former Olympic gold medalist boxer, has been accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl, who filed a complaint against him to the police in Khon Kaen. The incident occurred at a hotel on December 9.

I am SO tired of reading about cases of alleged "rape" with girls/women who are at bars where they legally need to be 20 to enter, and then they very willingly proceed very late at night to a man's room, perhaps it was to play checkers or tiddly winks?

I am SO tired of men who think  women are just bodies whose duty it is to be sexually available 24 hrs a day, and that a 17 year old girl is fair game. 

 

"He is a public figure, so need for caution in reporting on this case"  "She is a minor with no blackmail history" YET

If she's in a bar, then agrees to come back to my room ........ she's fair game.

Would point out 17yos aren't allowed in bars, so not only fair game but a criminal.

Thai law states sex with a 17yo is illegal unless deliberately misled about her age.

My defence would be, only 20yos are allowed in bars ....... so I was deliberately misled by a criminal.

Thai law also states, if she's over 13 you can subsequently marry her and get a free pass.

Obviously you could argue marriage is worse than jail .......... but there's always a bit of wiggle room with Thai law.

 

I only play with women aged 30-35 so in my case it would never happen.

   I thought that your preference for females was 37 kilos or as light as possible and age wasn't a relevant factor in your preferences ?

I've always stated under 35 years old, weighing less than 50Kg and a woman from birth.

I'm a simple man, with simple tastes.

I haven't seen anybody here suggest that women should be sexually available 24 hours a day, and , for what its worth, a 17 year old woman in many countries is indeed fair game whether you like it or not. 

Was the girl in this story working as a prostitute ?  I don't think so , but I think it may have some bearing on the age of consent
