Lord Buddha is probably pleased with your altar.

Except is it ok to point smelly feet at it?

Bathed feet, not like yours. :)

I have a nice rough carved wood one across the room in my library.

Mrs. Morch, a devout Buddhist (in her way), says as long as its not consecrated/worshiped, it's alright.

I feel warm, Oh NO!, MY TV is on FIRE!  But as crazy as it might sound looking at it does make one feel warmer

There's an app with the sound of the fire crackling and burning. Sounds a bit alarming in surround sound😂 Is that what you have?

Up here in Isaan it's freezing, well not quite but cold. Bobble hats and puffer jacket for mother in law. Even I have socks and slippers on❄️

Get one of these, great in the bedroom.

I got an earlier model works great.

Also upgraded to a 6000w shower this year.

gets a bit nippy this time of year in Isaan.

Maybe so.

However, that's no reason to disrespect others or offend them by being crass.

Who's Crass?

Its YouTube yes with the crackling it apparently runs for 11+ hours and never needs more fuel, I >>>>> to the end and its still the same. I heard a story of an old lady in the US who phoned 111 and said her TV was on fire :cheesy::cheesy:

respect right ? i totally see where you are coming from.....

I certainly seems you can relate to that.

It reminds me of an old quote from a footballer " I like to get my retaliation in first". 🤣🤣

People...even Thais...are offensive all the time. Doesn't get my knickers in a twist. Overly sensitive, religious and superstitious folks really need to lighten up and get over themselves. Sounds like you do too. Cheers and a Happy Healthy 2024 🍻

I'm very happy, thanks.

No need for me to lighten up.

I'm happy to respect others thoughts and beliefs. I don't feel the need to call the over sensitive or tell them to lighten up.

I was there for the cold snap too. Certainly cool at night but a welcome break from this year's heat.

Sadly, won't last long though.
