what is sleep ?

I try every night, get 3hrs at best.

based on some research i've come across, you might be increasing your risk of dementia in old age if the brain is deprived of sufficient sleep, even if you have enough physical energy to get through the day.

maybe find a job where you don't need to wake up at 4 am?

I'll spend down to zero.... but will leave cash in an envelope to cover body removal, autopsy and funeral and house cleaning.

Why bother, to cover that, you'll just get put in the hospital oven, if no one pays. anyway 60k would cover it.

Of course an impossible task for most but it's always been my hope to not die with unspent wealth.

Though knowing when to draw down and by how much is proving to be a very tricky question.

When you get told you have six months to live you calculate how much you will need to have a pleasant assisted death after 5 months.

Whats left you spend at a measured rate or in a big blast in the last few weeks before your planned departure.......or a mixture of both.

Problem is that when they tell you how much longer you've got it's only an average for your particular ailment.......so there is the possibility you could snuff it as you leave the consulting room........or five minutes after you finish reading this.
