WISE transfers taking a minimum of 2 days now?!
To which Bank? Again that the amount in question for this topic is for transfers around 2-3 thousand euros which again used to take seconds, that seems to not longer be the case. -

Cashing a US check
Banks here do accept checks, but they take a very long time to clear it. Done it a couple of times, and the best time was 16 days, otherwise as @mogandave posted up to around a month. -

Trump does not seem to understand tariffs are a two-edged sword. His last trade war with China was a disaster for American farmers. IMO leaders of other countries should simply say, bring it on. The tariffs you put on our goods and services, we will double on yours. -

Do you remember your first car?
I remember mine very well - even the reg no. A 1966 Austin Mini Van in Almond Green reg. EET 780D. Already very old and rusty when it was given to me by my brother at 14 years old subject to a promise not to drive it on the road - a promise I broke almost immediately. I even used to drive to school in it but had to park it out of sight of the teachers.
