Popular Post webfact
THE BHUMJAITHAI UNDER DE FACTO party boss Newin Chidchob would likely be dissolved by court primarily due to questionable donations in cash just like an earlier case of the dissolved Future Forward, according to a noted academic. The National Institute of Development Administration’s Political & Strategic Development Project director Pichai Ratanadilok na Phuket commented the Bhumjaithai would likely be dissolved by the Constitutional Court in foreseeable future if no double standards were otherwise applied in support of Newin’s camp pertaining to some 13 million baht in donation earlier handed to the party from the politically-connected Buri Charoen Construction Ltd. Part., shares of which were ruled by court to have been practically held by his brother/former transport minister Saksayam Chidchob. Buri Charoen Construction is largely known as the Chidchob family’s business based in their home province of Buriram with corporate shares having been zigzagged to be in possession of one of Saksayam’s nominees under whose name the contentious 13 million baht donation had been granted to the coalition party over the past several years. Given the Constitutional Court’s retroactive order to deprive Saksayam of his ministerial seat assumed in the time of a previous government due to his illicitly holding shares in the construction firm, Newin’s brother has recently resigned as Bhumjaithai secretary-general and a party-listed MP. Popular Post spidermike007
They're using a play from Putin's playbook. Get rid of all the competition and all that's left are the despot leaders. The rancid, toxic Army is truly desperate at this point, they're showing their true colors. 1 1 3
Popular Post bannork
If they dissolved Bhumjaithai (hard to believe), most members would go back to their old home, now, Pheu Thai. 1

bamnutsak
Anutin, along with ~ 110 other TRT members, did serve a five-year ban in 2007 upon the dissolution of TRT. TRT did too well in the 2006 election, which resulted in a reset from the powers that be. 3 hours ago, bannork said: If they dissolved Bhumjaithai (hard to believe), most members would go back to their old home, now, Pheu Thai. kingstonkid
It will be interesting to see what they do. All going to PTP is not a given. If the money isno longer there I think some of them may go MFP and some will go Mil. With the Senate asking questions and holding the PTP to fire it will be a case of the country could see a new election before MAY.

MikeN
Absolutely no chance of the BJT being dissolved. It's one rule when it concerns the future forward/MFP, completely different when it's about a party that the "authorities" think is one of the good guys.
