Illegal land occupation
sorry, that was worded poorly, I mean offer the old owner some money to 'move out' this is usually called moving expense in eviction, yes, ideally you shouldn't need to pay anything to kick him out, but it might end up cheaper and saves time while being amicable -

Why Does Kamala Harris Disrespect Minorities by Imitating their Accents.?
That shows the sane are in the majority, so that's great. Thanks for pointing that out, mate!👍 -

Coming to Thailand
Is immigration involved in where you exit to or do they just enforce you leaving? Feels off that they would get involved with flights. It seems like the airline would reject or approve the actual flight out, requiring a visa or not for the arrival. The same as they do for any passenger. If no airline approves then immigration could detain until you managed a flight out somehow on your own. -

Poll: Predict the outcome of the U.S. presidential election (electoral college and after)
RCP average in battleground state PA. Trump leads all swing states now except for MAYBE Nevada so should Trump prevail (as he should) in all the safe sunbelt states he will need only one rust belt state (WI, MI, PA) for the victory and Kamala needs all the rust belt states which she is now losing in all of them. Pay attention to AtlasIntel polling as they were by far the most accurate pollsters in the 2020 election. In 2020 Biden held a 4.7 point lead over Trump and won PA by only 1.1 points showing Trump consistently over-performs in most of the polling results. Unless Kamala leads by more than 3 to 4 points she will lose. Bye bye cackle queen.- 1

If AN members could vote in the USA election, who would we vote in?
That's because Americans are often completely oblivious. It's why u guys often stick out like a sore thumb. US Poly=ticks is the only interest most have in your cuontry - its because US policies affect the rest of the world - Shouldn't really be a surprise when u consider all the regime change, wars and other BS yr govt and CIA are behind. The US electing a marxist will also be significant for the rest of the world. As will electing spreadthrift boomer retard Trump. 2 appalling American people - the world watches on with dismay. -

Left-Wing Social Media Users Face Backlash for Tasteless Reactions to Trump Shooting
Up up and away....goes ticker DJT stock price AND Trumps lead in ALL swing states now. Sucks to be a cackling Kamala supporter when defeat and failure is imminent. Does anyone reading this think the word salad queen fraud Kamala can take the electoral college in 3 weeks? Trump stock is up 44.5% year to date, not bad https://www.marketwatch.com/investing/stock/DJT -

Car recommendations
I bought a Haval Jolion Ultra, I fell in love with the car when it appeared at local malls together with the Haval H6 ( the H6 a little too big for my needs ) around Nov 2021 i think. I wasn’t in the market at the time but admired it from a distance until around 18 months later when they started to sell off the showroom models with a healthy discount and I bought one. The Jolion is a remarkably well put together car with a plush white interior ( now available in black also ) which took a little getting used to but i came to like. A very comfortable ride with a good acceleration ( combined 190 hp ) and imo a beautiful car. The downsides, for me, were: A small luggage storage area for a decent size SUV, 390L, due to hybrid and 12v batteries in the rear, forget about a spare/donut tyre. Poor fuel economy, although quoted at something like 23.5 km/l in reality 17 km/l was the max i could squeeze out of it, not great for a hybrid. Limited infotainment system. No way to utilise the hybrid part of the system, it tended to do its own thing ( running in EV mode on and off ). Made me rethink the whole Hybrid option and vowed to go PHEV or HEV next time. My brother in law was deeply impressed with the car and took up my offer of the same price as i had paid ( heavily discounted showroom model with 7k on the clock in mint condition, one of the last available ). So i let it go after 6 months and only adding another 6k km. The H6 PHEV is a much better option, imho, with a great 201 km ( in reality probably 150/180 km ) range and now reduced to a reasonable price. A much more flexible car which takes advantage of a healthy EV range and more flexibility. A Jolion PHEV would have been ideal for me but sadly it never transpired and i moved on to a full EV.- 1

And so the exodus of quality expats begins. This time it's personal
I'm not sure. I'm guessing he would not be around drunks and money grubbers though and I can't see him being in Pattaya at all. Guys like him just don't encounter much low life stuff. Once your energy gets that tuned it kind of repels negativity and you don't end up in low life situations because the universe has nothing to teach you there. -
