Social Media Posted February 15 Share Posted February 15 Following an intense evidentiary hearing in the case aimed at disqualifying Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from the Georgia election subversion proceedings, Judge Scott McAfee announced that he would not issue any rulings the following day. The hearing, which took place on Thursday, saw McAfee express his intention to consider all aspects of the case before making any decisions. "I'm not ruling on any of this tomorrow," McAfee stated emphatically at the close of the hearing. "This is something that's going to be taken under advisement on all aspects." The original motion that brought on this whole issue was filed by Trump co-defendant, Mike Roman, not by Trump although he later filed his own motion. This hearing is on the relationship between Willis and Wade and the financial transactions between them. The comments and media of DA Willis are excluded from the this hearing. But any later ruling on possible jury tampering by the prosecution could have more serious consequences on the overall trial whenever that may be.
