The National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) has initiated an investigation into allegations against Deputy National Police Chief Pol Gen Surachate Hakparn, also known as Big Joke, and four other police officers. The probe focuses on claims that they accepted bribes from a gambling website, leading to potential dereliction of duty.

The decision follows a call for the NACC to examine the involvement of Pol Gen Surachate and his aides in allegedly ignoring illegal activities conducted by a gambling site operated by Thanyanan Sucharitchinsri, alias Minnie.

The case has garnered attention due to the high-profile nature of the individuals involved and the serious accusations of misconduct. The NACC, with its current roster of five commissioners, agreed to proceed with the investigation following the submission of the complaint.

It is time to arrest, convict and lock up the big joke once and for all. This man has been pulling the wool over the eyes of expats and Thai people for a decade now, with his false protestations of innocence, and his fake PR game as a crime buster.

This guy is as fake as the day is long, and as guilty as any tip cop, at the highest level of the nation's largest pyramid scheme can be.

Lock up the Joke!

:hit-the-fan:

Big joke has been corrupt for many many years strip them of his title, put him in jail, then again maybe have them flip on all the people above him and below him at the fire, 90% of all of them  TIT

meanwhile the ordinary rank and file continue their business unhindered.

He seems always to be in the news for the wrong reasons.

For him to still be constantly attacked and in the limelight means there's a power play from within the RTP and they can't even sort themselves out.

I've always had the view he was corrupt as hell both on AN and TVF before it. Many on here used to rave that he was the only honest cop!!!

Yeah, right!    None repeat none of them in high positions in the RTP are honest, or low positions, in fact, in any position.

Some are just less corrupt than others.

We will have to wait while they form a committee and have a meeting about forming a committee, to see if it warrants a committee meeting.

what happened to innocent until proven guilty spidermike. So far no hard evidence has been produced, just sayso and allegations. If the evidence is real (unlike Republicans evidence) and can be shown that B J is guilty, yes then lock him up, but if this is just another attempt to sabotage him from being the next #1 cop lock up those that are making the allegations.

Is that from the letter written by the exiting British Consul to his replacement years ago?

It was a verbal exchange in 2002 by the then HM Consul Mr Deryck Fisher and myself when I was in a dispute where the RTP were clearly in the wrong and I provided video evidence backing up my claim.

The biggest problem of these investigation teams and committees is that they are always led by themselves, eg, Police investigating Police and it very seldom never results in justice for the victim/aggrieved person.
