And, also, there are many people (mostly Russians and pro-Russia people) on social media, almost sure that Ukraine is at least somewhat involved in this horrific attack.

Okay, let us assume that it is totally the work of Isis, and that Putin is convinced so too. But, then, what can he do as revenge? Sadly, not much. Isis doesn't hold any territory in Syria or Iraq anymore. If they still did, Russia would go level that place with heavy and powerful bombs. But, now, there is not much he can do, except to go after the Isis operatives inside Russia, from the info that those four terrorists will have given. By the way, those four sick terrorists must now be wishing they were killed. I think we can all guess the type of treatment they have been getting since getting caught.

Yep.

I've been checking too.

Kremlin state media is blaming Ukraine.

The only question is what percentage of Russians will actually believe that lie.

The terrorists do deserve everything that is coming to them. But there is no doubt that Putin and his minions are using this to go after Ukraine, while the pro-Hamas people try to claim the Jews are behind it all. These whacko conspiracy theories then get played up by the likes of Alex Jones and Jackson Hinkle. The pro-Chinese (I should say paid Western China shills) are backing them up. But you really can't blame them. They defend their interests and the interests of their citizens, something Western countries are willing to sweep under the rug to keep access to cheap offshore labor.

A lot. Certainly the majority. Probably true of the Russian colony on Phuket, too.

I concede that point it was idle musing of work in progress, and your points are correct and well-made. If we wanted to make a chain of connection, the CIA funded and supported the Mujahedin and Bin Laden in the war against the Russians in Afghanistan and ISIS was born in the chaos of the US war in Iraq -second iteration. The blowback from that mistake continues to this day.

Quite right -- the US has a long history of making foreign policy errors based on perceived political needs, miscalculation, or just plain hubris. I don’t think that applies to eastern Europe after the fall of communism, however -- the eastern Europeans (including Ukraine) all clamored to join Western institutions on their own accord. While the US and other Western allies welcomed these nations if they qualified, the initiative was entirely on the part of the eastern Europeans themselves; they chose their own future.

If this was upsetting to the Russians, too bad; the realignment was never intended to pose a threat, and in fact Russia under progressive leadership should be more than welcome to cooperate with and even join the same Western institutions. This would certainly go far toward preventing tragedies like the recent terrorist shooting, with the sharing of intelligence etc. Such cooperation might be a ways off still, but we have to aim for it ...

Shame Cuba wasn't left in peace to develop its own alternative to rapacious US corrupt control pre Castro of Chile under Allende for that matter. Backyards and borders matter to superpowers. Meddle with them at your peril. Kennedy was actually prepared to nuke Russia - contemplate that.

If Hamas oppose terrorism and send condolences to terror victims , did Hamas send condolences to Israel on October 7 th ?

Both terror attacks, but the context is completely different.
