Thats it, reebooked my tickets, and leaving Thailand soon becsuse of the heat and pollution. 

 

Almost had a heat stroke today exercising indoor with fan and air-conditioning.

 

12 rep 110 kg squats saved by safety bar! 12 rep normally 130kg

I wouldn’t be in Thailand if I didn’t have the funds to live good. It’s hot. The air quality especially around Chiang Mai can be unbearable. Since Covid prices have gone up quite a bit. For me 1 million baht a year was sufficient annually. Now it’s closer to 1.2 million baht

People are really struggling here. Rental costs have skyrocketed.

same for me..back in 2 weeks..maybe see ya at the immig line..ill be the hansum one! 🙂
