Throwing my net here: anyone would happen to have pointers to qualified electrical engineer to review some proposed changes to electrical system in a small condo building? Someone who is familiar with building/electricity system code of what is needed etc, and ideally licensed to make drawings for possible changes?

It may be worth talking to your local PEA office to get some leads or even find a PEA engineer willing to earn a bit of cash on the side.

As with many things, if you don't ask you will never know
