Can you be just a little more specific?

How is your daily life affected in the UK by the POTUS?

Shortages of tea and biscuits?

Increasing the tax on pork pies?

Market shelves empty of Yorkshire pudding?

Bake beans served with BBQ instead of breakfast?

Introduction of American streaky bacon?

Some of us have the ability to see further than the next five minutes.  Some are also able to discuss serious topics in a grown up manner.

Having had some dealings with the cops in London, I can understand why people don't like them very much. They are, IMO, their own worst enemy and should do better. It's like they just don't know how to deal with people in a polite way when those people are not causing a problem.

Put yourself in their shoes dealing with these, almost daily, protests.

I'm not kidding, i was in london last summer and saw protests every day at the main tourist spots, total PITA - just morons.

A Kiwi?

He should be happy.  He’s in such a remote beautiful place that nothing should affect him.

Its the celebration of the U.K, rather than a celebration of one man .

George is just the figure head

England, not the rest of the U.K.

Good grief I doubt the Scots or Welsh would be celebrating an English saint (even if he was never English!).

I did mean that it was a celebration of a Country, rather than celebration of St George himself  .

Yes, I did mean England , rather than adding Northern England  and Western England into the equation
