Popular Post kwak250
So a while ago lots of people were saying it was much easier paying with credit card/mobile banking. I always paid with cash and for a while started paying with my kbank app. Yes it was easier and I could get them to leave the parcel at the entrance to our house without having to be in to collect the parcel. I have now had 2 parcels cancelled by the seller which means I have to wait 7-14 days for the payment to be returned to my bank according to shopee. Forget that I am going back to cash on delivery. Luckily both items were only a few thousand baht but after waiting for a week and not seeing them even being packed I could have cancelled before if I had not paid. Cod for me from now on. 3 1 1 2

Ridiculous. I use credit card or now QR option which has appeared this year. Sometimes i change mind and it only takes a few days (for CC) to bounce back to my wise card. With prepaid you no have to move out of bed, they will call you and you tell them where to leave it i.e with security. You can go on with your COD but your justification is ridiculous especially seeing most stuff you buy is sub 200b.. 1 3 3 2

Popular Post impulse
If you don't mind staying around the house all day, every day, with cash in hand, go for COD. I did several hundred Lazada orders by debit card and never had a problem. 1 1 4

kwak250
I am not worried about losing the money just wished that I hadn't waited a week for 2 items to cancel Total is only about 5000 baht and shopee say it can take 7-14 days but maybe muh quicker. If I paid cod I would still have that 5000 in my pocket Now I have had to order from other sellers with cod option this time Worst part is you cannot even leave a sh7t feedback when it's been cancelled by the seller One says out of stock for the reason but they took 1 week to tell me. Not sure if the same with credit card but pay with mobile banking is a reach around. They cancel, you get a “refund” and it goes into your “wallet” and then you can’t use it unless you follow 2 pages of complicated banking instructions. I should note I’m only talking about what lazada does. The other thing I’ve had is lazada cancels my items, NOT the seller, and then the money goes into my “wallet” that I can’t use. That one I find particularly annoying 2

Robert Paulson
I should note I actually find lazada sellers quite good. It’s when lazada inserts themselves in the mix that they heist you and ruin the experience 2 4

Popular Post KhunLA
COD for us, avoids any issues ... ... not received (never happened though) ... damaged on arrive (happened once, but not obvious, refunded) ... no wait for refund, though TBH, easy enough ... not a problem being here, as no schedule and tracking lets you know the day it will arrive ... one 'flash & kerry' driver knows us so well, that if not here, leaves parcel (s), and rings/msg the wife, to transfer funds, if she missed the initial call. 1

Just got an instant refund notice to 'LAZ Wallet' last week, on 2 parcels/3 items returned, before the driver made it out of the soi 1

Nope... your post is... never had an issue with Lazada not refunding. I guess if someone can't wait 7-14 days for a refund, then they have other financial issues... COD or Payment through the app just depends on personal preference - if you will be in or not... We always use Payment through the App because we never know if we'll be in and delivery can just place it on our doorstep (no porch pirates in moobaan)... Items are often cancelled by the vendor, refund is always forthcoming.

I suspect its a business model some of the vendors use - its particularly annoying when purchasing something on a 'time-line'...
