What are you trying to do ?  The ones in the OP would be quite easy to do.   Mine were quite a bit more difficult, especially me & EC, photoshop and had to blend colors & shading to match.   Other ones, were just making a transparency, an layering it on 1 or 2 other photos.   No program to make the transparency, and had to erase by hand the background.

 

Now one click programs online for most things & free.
