Sure it's Russia's affair and it's the affair of the rest of the world in how to respond to it.

These NK soldiers will NEVER be welcome back home if they survive. I wonder if they realize that or not?

The officers have a chance but three generations of their families have already been segregated to suppress news to other North Koreans and also to be punished or killed if their relative defects.

You might be thinking about using internet or smartphones which are prohibited in NK. This is not a problem because such gadgets are also prohibited in the Russian army. Simply because these gadgets are convenient targets and its exact locations are clearly visible on radar.

Good news for everyone here. This war cannot continue for more than 2-3 years. Simply because in 2-3 years China will be able to accumulate so many nuclear weapons that it will be able to dictate terms to Russia and the USA. So if this war continues for more than 3 years, there will be only one winner - China. But this is what neither US nor Russia really wants.
The US could win quickly only if it uses long range missiles - but we see now that it is not possible. So there are only 2 options for the US - to share the world with Russia now or... to allow China to win.

‘What the f**k to do with them?’ Russian soldiers heard condemning North Korean recruits in intercepted audio

Russian soldiers have been heard raising concerns about how North Korean soldiers will be commanded and provided with ammunition and military kit, leaked intercepts obtained by the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine and released on Friday show.

The Russian soldiers talk disdainfully about the incoming North Korean soldiers, codenamed the “K Battalion,” at one point referring to them as “the f**king Chinese.”

In the same extract, a serviceman describes another who has been tasked to “meet people.”

“And he’s like standing there with his eyes out, like… f**k,” the soldier says. “He came here and says what the f**k to do with them.”
