If Dozy Don wins the presidency, many will have to sit back and accept. 

For other Western countries it might mean the end of international friendship. 

He is planning a lot of things "on day one" that will hurt people in the long term.

If "Dozy Don" wins the presidency again (honestly), or even if (when) he gets a large amount of votes, my respect for my home country, the USA, will vanish. Why would anyone want to live in a country where as much as 40  to 50% of the voters would support someone like Trump?
