Where to Get 90 Day Non Immigrant O Visa based on Marriage?

Hi all, I'd like to find out where to go to get the Non-immigrant O Visa based on marriage? Just 90 days. 

 

Kuala Lumpur?

Vietnam?
Singapore?

Philippines?

The popular choices are Savannakhet or Vientiane.  Most reports are for multi's as they are hard to get elsewhere.  Single ought to be easy.

Yes, I'm aware of those. A bit far from Southern Thailand though. Hoping KL is an option.

Then Penang is also a good option, I got a non-O marriage there some years back and have seen more recent reports on here.

Did you consider entry visa exempt and obtain non O marriage at local immigration office

Yeah, I have a passport full of 1 yr non-o multi entry and a couple from the local immig. I won't have the funds in the bank this time. I think I'm going to get a 60 day extension right now and then figure out the next move. Thanks guys for your help!

Penang would work better for me. I'll check if they need $ in the bank for the 90 day non-o.
