After the event's inauguration, the Prime Minister shared observations from his extensive travels promoting Thailand for investment. He emphasized conversations about attracting investment, maintaining political stability and the rising demand for clean energy. He also explained how Thailand could use its high living standards and the possibility for legal advancements to excel in attracting foreign investment compared to other ASEAN countries. Srettha also discussed regional cooperation and competition on clean energy. He talked about potential energy deals with Laos and the challenge Singapore brings in managing clean energy. He also mentioned discussions with leading companies such as Google and Microsoft about potential investments in Thailand owing to its prospective clean energy opportunities. On the domestic front, Srettha talked about the pressing problem of air pollution in Chiang Mai province and the necessity for sustainable agricultural procedures. He referred to New Zealand's breakthroughs in producing low-methane cattle as a model for Thailand to consider. He also commended Kasikorn Bank for backing clean energy initiatives and the government's work to promote NET METERING, which offers incentives for solar energy usage. To conclude his speech, Srettha expressed optimism about Thailand's clean energy future, predicting that the nation could achieve 50% clean energy usage within the following 15 years. He encouraged business organizations to follow Kasikorn Bank's lead in supporting sustainable energy projects. Only BRIC currency accepted: ruble, yuan and rupee. PM is against USD investments in order to "dedolarize", aka saving a decaying baht.

TroubleandGrumpy
This 'clean energy' khrapp is just like the Covid mask and stay home rubbish that was forced upon people - and ended up being all wrong as proven by Sweden. Stop the burning of crops and bingo - huge reduction in CO2 by Thailand. Unfortunately, Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia will still burn baby burn - and the wind brings a lot of it over here.
