Some Dems will support it becauser there are some rational Dems and they know is was a partisan legal sham, and they dont want the GOP doing the same thing to them in the future when they have political control. Legal minds are being paid by media outlets to say stuff that gets and keeps eyes on page. The same folk who for weeks have been saying Trump will not be convicted. 2

Being his goober has already landed around 480 of his cult in prison, with more to follow. One wonders if any of his non-incarcerated cult recognizes that reality, and will now say, "after you, oh messiah". It takes very little imagination to think that right now there are folks trying to find the names and addresses of the 12 jurors in order to make that info public and encourage violence by the convicted felon's supporters. There is even a Forum member who posted a puffed up warning, saying his side has the guns, and those who oppose the felon should be afraid. Violence or its threat is what they think gives them power, when they are just becoming increasingly impotent. BLM, Antifa, Clinton losing riots, Hamas demos in schools, etc etc ?? It is the Left that is violent. So delusional with TDS cannot see reality. 1 1

If that is rejected and Trump fails to get a stay of proceedings, and is then blokced from being a candidtate, then the proverbial will hit the fan. When the verdict is overturned, then the fan will be smashed over. If Trumpo wins a stay and the verdict is over-turned before November - Trump will decimate Biden. Did you know that Trump was convicted in a kangaroo court by a partisan system in a partisan jurisdiction (95% Dem voters) by a Dem Judge. Do you know that the verdict will be thrown out - and the Judge - and the Dems will be forever seen as the Party that weaponised the justice system against a political opponent in a court case with extremely flimsy basis and denying the defendent witnesses and testimony. They dont seem to (yet) realise that the majority of the people now know that media etc is corrupted. Those that dounted Trump's claims about 'The Swamp' are now realising he was telling the truth. If Trumpo had been POTIUS for 2 terms this would never have happened - it is only being done to stop him getting a 2nd term - period. The DA run for election on the basis that she would charge and convict Trump - in a 95% Dem county. 1 2

Trump can stay on the ballot. 2. he can be elected POTUS. 3. he can vote (not in NY) but felons are allowed to vote in Florida. end of story. As Bill Maher says, "I don't know it for a fact; I just know it's true". As I have posted previously, it was a HUGE mistake for defense to deny the Stormy tryst. The convicted felon could have gotten all weepy saying how worried he was that public knowledge would hurt his 3rd wife. The jury might have bought that (probable) lie and it might have resulted in acquittal or a hung jury. Instead, it seems the jury found her so believable that prosecution did not even need to call Karen McDougal. You should really lay off the continual "TDS" epithets and accusations. Those of us who oppose the convicted felon have quite good reasons for disliking him, both for his convictions and his alleged crimes, which on the surface look like slam dunks. Try to subvert democracy? Bad guy. Foment a terrorist attack on the US Capitol? Bad guy. Steal highly classified documents that jeopardize national security and the identities of foreign clandestine intelligence assets? Bad guy. Those are concrete reasons why I do not like him. Toss in his constant whining and his everyday childishness, and he is never going to win my favor nor support. His constant hyperbole and overuse of superlatives is just irritating, but the crimes and willful ignorance of what the US is meant to stand for is what sets me against him. 2 2 1 1 1
