Somehow missed the detox thread Mallgician. Ok, I suppose you can have yer ribs n eat 'em too. Only thing, from a pure systems maintenance perspective, is that going from a low/ no meat diet to a plate full of ribs could actually leave you feeling pretty awful. Though I stand firmly that meat is good food, your body certainly has to be geared up for the high protein and (sadly) fat intake n digestion that comes along with it. Same goes for fasting, you can't just go pig out when it's over, you gotta ease into it over days. Dr. RTD recommends you have maybe 1-2 ribs, and pass the rest on to those with more cockroach like digestive tracts.

This thread needs a poll, with the only answer to ops question being "No".Quite scientific I feel....
