The minimum opening balance for most banks is 500 Baht, for some 1,000 Baht. I have only seen one bank who charged customers for a low balance and that was the former Citibank Thailand. -

No need to edit my posts. Your foolish twisting of words is just moronic. I said study of this subject is relatively new because it is - how many marine wind farms were there 20 years ago? I certainly have not implied that on-shore wind farms are "perfectly" safe for whales but then again, whales they don't live on-shore, so they should be OK. I have implied that marine (off-shore) wind farms are not safe for whales. Now have a chuckle. -
