I remember seeing this video a couple of years ago, I was impressed with the way he handled the situation but didn't commit his name to memory nor consider hero worshiping the guy.

Surprised to see such an article here and now.

Never heard of the man.   That was a armoured To Yo. 

Virtually Bullet proof one can say. The driving is Defensive OK.
