ABC Full Interview Biden in Potential Make-or-Break with Stephanopoulos

In the 22-minute interview, which George Stephanopoulos said had not been edited, Biden repeatedly indicated he doesn’t need a cognitive exam, arguing that he undergoes one “every single day” as president, and that his physicians have never indicated he needs one. He also denied any increased frailty since the 2020 campaign. 

 

Biden acknowledged “some” Democrats may want him out of the race but refused to get into any discussion about a potential scenario in which Democrats push him out: “It’s not going to happen.” “If the Lord Almighty came down and said, ‘Joe, get out of the race,’ I’d get out of the race,” he said. “The Lord Almighty’s not coming down.”

 

In what may be an alarming moment for other Democrats, Biden refused to acknowledge that he’s trailing Trump and likened the panic among Democrats today to the fear in 2020 that Biden would lose to Trump.

I'm just crossing my fingers he lasts through the middle of January.  I'd rather have Bernie (either one, Sanders or the dead guy from the movie) than Kackling Kamala.

I noticed Biden deflected all four times when ABC Stephanopolous asked Biden if he would take a cognitive test. Biden would fail, no doubt about it. He's afraid to take one and having the results plastered from here to Timbuktu for all to see. It don't matter, anyone with a pulse and some pulp between the ears knows Biden's brain is a rotting decomposing pathogen now.

I'd add that around 90% of stocks are owned by 10% of Americans.  So that's great for the rich, who have made out even better under Biden than under Trump.  But not so good for young people who don't have significant portfolios.

 

Job numbers are great for foreign born workers and part timers.  Not so much for US born workers who have almost recovered to pre-Covid Trump era numbers.  He claims to have created 15 million jobs, but I don't see them.

 

 

 

 

Economic growth?  If you throw $trillions of Biden bucks up against a wall, you're going to see growth.  But nowhere close to the increase in the debt that you created.

 

 

And I'll leave out discussion of the $trillions (and decades)  its going to cost to clean up the Biden Border mess, which has its own current thread.

Biden continuing is the best news the GOP could have hoped for. Now wait for the media to sway yet again from "Joe needs to go" to "way to go Joe!".  For the fourth time, by my count.

 

Trump being smart and disciplined (never thought I would type those words) and letting the Democrats implode without interference.  He is getting some good advice that he is actually following for a change.

No disrespect intended, but you're living off the nugget you made 10, 20, 50 years ago.  You're insulated from the sad reality that today's job entrants are facing. 

 

I'm similar.  I go shopping for groceries and I may choose chicken instead of beef.  Lotsa people the choice is meat, or mac and cheese.  Inflation just pisses me off.   For a lot of people, it's an existential threat to their ability to buy food and pay rent in the same month.
