Disgraceful labeling BLM riots as protests. They were rioting tearing and burning things, raping and murdering, embezzling funds…protests, good frik’n grief…give me a break already

You don't seem to know what it was all about. Racist a bit?

Unfortunately, a lot of people don't realise that a photograph shows only a fraction of a second of time.  They feel that if they can see something in a photograph, it is happening for the length of time that they are viewing it.

Yes, six burly security guards tried to bundle Donald off stage , but he was so strong that he resisted them and momentarily raised his fist to show that he survived

My point - they don’t know if it’s a lone assassin at this stage. They couldn’t possibly know if there was a second guy in the crowd with a gun, or on another nearby rooftop.

How a 20 year old with an A15 got on top of a roof close to where Trump was speaking and gets off a range of shots despite people in the crowd pointing out his whereabouts is a question that requires answering? Not buying it.

Trump doing fist pumps while security forces were trying to protect him. Putting their lives at risk. Disgusting

Antifa IS a group.  They are a violent, left-wing, fascist group, who attack innocent people for their political views or allegiances.

Wrong. They are a group bashed about by the far right. And not an organized group like the proud boys  etc.

This site doesn't really appreciate conspiracy theories , maybe you could air your views over on TT ?

The problem with conspiracy theories is that quite a few of them turn out to have some truth to them. But the term “conspiracy theorist” is regularly used to dismiss anyone who would suggest that the dominant narrative about an event is questionable and requires further investigation. Gulf of Tonkin, being one of many examples.

I’m perfectly fine with you not appreciating any opinion expressed by me.

The worst part is Trump making those putting their own lives at risk so he could pump his fist. 3 times.

What a horrible person.

Said only one person, it's not a possible assassination attempt it is a failed assassination attempt. The media who whip up hysterical lies about Trump wanting to be a dictator and even calling him Hitler have some responsibility for this

Spot on many others who also see it exactly like that. Trump joked ,he would be a dictator for a day because

he would spend a lengthy time signing  EO  for the first day in office , all over turning bidens radical EO’s

The radical left spun the statement to make it otherwise (permanently).

Nicole Shanahan VP pick twitter statement ! blamed the DNC & media

Suggesting that it was Trump who arranged to get himself shot is indeed a conspiracy theory and extremely likely to be untrue

Trump has spent all his political life stoking division and bigotry. An assassination attempt from a mentally-unbalanced person is not unexpected. A couple of commentators have expressed surprise attempts have not been made sooner.

I suppose the defenders of the Second Amendment will claim the Secret Service having guns saved Trump. But what if the gunman's shot was more accurate?

the left has also spent the last year plus stoking political division with horrible nasty language. many on here even called for violence against trump. you had one member on here say he should be waterboarded. others say he should be shot. oh the irony.

until now i have not seen a single person say anything about the 2nd amendment. only your  comment.

A professional sniper would have taken his head off the way he was handled and exposed after the “shooting” … and as I don’t believe his security detail are that incompetent, I’m afraid I’m not buying this event as anything other than a stunt for votes.

Pathetic. Why would he need to be a pro?

IIRC OneMoreFarang posted a photo of Trump holding some kind of rifle, demonstrating his support of the second Amendment and the NRA.

Perhaps you don't appreciate the irony of a staunch proponent of the freedom to bear arms, nearly getting nailed by said freedom.

or secret service is compromised. how did a shooter set up on a building with clear sight a few hundred feet away and manage to get off that many shots.

I'm questioning whether he even got shot at all? Mike Flynn specialised in Psy Ops, and he’s on the team. It’s not beyond these criminals to engineer a stunt like this.

Biden is close to stepping down. A new younger, mentally sharper and vibrant candidate was not in the Trump plans. If the game gets harder he’ll milk this incident for all it is worth.

Then why use a 20 year old? If you were serious about killing Trump you’d use a professional. But it works the opposite way … an inexperienced patsy easily explains away why the attempt failed. Trump comes out of it looking like a martyr.

Oswald publicly stated he was a patsy, but never lived long enough to explain what he meant by that. Dead men tell no tales.
