Do you still read books?
The vast majority of my reading is fiction. Non-fiction reading that I do is usually history. -

Do you still read books?
I actually bought a tablet computer to read books. I can see the text much better with the tablet. Declining eyesight is an issue with age, but the tablet is better than a book inho - at least for me now. When eyesight wasn't a problem? Yeah, I liked books. -

FBI’s Patel Blames Canada for Fentanyl Crisis, Calls for Northern Crackdown
What enemies do you have in mind? The Russians? As an English man I can't imagine the USA having any."enemies" apart from the obvious Islamic threat. Is that what you're talking about? Non of them have nukes....... -

The worst thing I see on Thai roads
When I got to Thailand I was pretty happy they made me go through a pretty rigorous process to get a motobike license. The 50 question test was a little challenging, a couple of people I knew didn't pass it the first time. And then, once I got my motorbike license I find out that the police are nowhere to be found. They DO NOT enforce the rules no wonder everybody breaks every rule. What's the pushishment for driving down the wrong lane? What's the punishment for swiping your mirror? What's the punishment for not even wearing a helmet? It's a dang white line nightmare!- 1

Where to go to cancel a visa?
Hello everyone, I am currently in Thailand with a non-immigrant ED visa, but since my studies at my university end at the end of May, I need to cancel this visa. I already got all required documents from my uni and now I would like to book an appointment, but I am not sure which kind of appointment I should choose on the website. These are the options: Government Complex Chaengwattana Immigration – Extension visa for companies – 90 day report (TM 47) – Extension for Thai elite member study/teacher/professor/instructor/expert or educational staff – Extension visa for visiting spouse/Thai children or in case of Thai husband/Thai wife – Extension visa for retirement – Extension for tourist visa (TR) issued by the Thai embassy or consulate – Registration of foreigners – Permanent residence – Approval – Re-entry – Transfer Visa / Business Visa / Cancellation Visa – Issuance of visa and change of visa type Does anyone have an idea which is the right one for me? Thanks in advance! -

The worst thing I see on Thai roads
sure, but it's endemic in Thailand. The difference is Thailand makes literally zero effort to enforce driving rules. After decades of driving they still don't have even the most basic of enforcement in place and let dangerous drivers do as they please.
