Despite it being where millions of them came from. Where they get their political theory from. Their religion. Their language. No, I'm saying that the term "lefty" is nursery level; "leftist" is just a vague insult unrelated to anything remotely political; and the concept of left wing doesn't really exist in reality in the US. But if you insist on your own Americanised definitions, go ahead, enlighten us. But without using the word "woke", as this is not a political doctrine, just a way of gaslighting your opponent. Nor "liberal", "snowdrop", "libtard", "mangina" etc etc. the vocabulary of the rightist factions.

What a silly post; I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that such sloppy thinking was due to being in a hurry.  I'm not insisting on anything and go ahead, try to find any post where I used those terms.  I'm pointing out the flaws in what you posted -- that there is no American Left because it doesn't conform to a European model.

and the current president and de facto official nominee. No change anticipated.

No, makes no sense until she's official, in her case. Otherwise just appearing on the same stage elevates her politically. DNC still has time for a primary or to change their minds.

Moreover the conditions of the debate were decided for Biden. He was accorded every handicap possible and concession to lure him out of his basement. Why should the same handicapping be extended to Harris? She really needs to debate. New conditions need to be negotiated.

A laughable delusion you continue to repeat.

Trump says Kamala Harris will be easier to defeat than Biden

Trump says he's willing to debate Harris more than once: 'You really have an obligation'

Kamala's quite a far-left bimbo and has a record of failure as Biden's VP. Here's why she'll be shredded by Trump.

Hillary was far smarter and not as radical. She lost the election, however.

Delusion is a very, very powerful thing, and some seem to be suffering under a massive cloud of it.

Of course the terms of the debate can be renegotiate, nothing wrong with that as far as I'm concerned. You can handicap Harris as much as you want and she's still going to trash Trump and make him regret ever stepping onto that stage. With his marginal intellect he's not a difficult man to beat.

He agreed to terms proposed by Biden's handlers, why should he agree to the same terms with Kamala?

I would bet that if Kamala is the nominee, (I'm still not convinced) they will debate, and if they do not, it will be Kamala that refuses.

There's about a 0% chance that Harris will refuse to debate Trump, she would look forward to it, she would relish it, and she would make mincemeat out of him, his lies, and his alternate reality.

So you really think that Trump would bow out of the race  or will now that Kamala is running against him head on?

I didn't say that he will bow out of the race, I just said that he will look for any excuse possible to bow out of the debate, he does not do well against strong and intelligent women, that seems to be his kryptonite.

I get it, he doesn't like or respect strong, accomplished, or intelligent women, that's quite obvious from his behavior and his previous statements.

It's funny how hated Trump is overseas, so it's difficult to imagine how I'll be better off with him as lotus.

On the contrary, quite understandable, as he doesn't go along with socialist agendas and demands an end to America's being taken advantage of. Europe had peace w/ Russia under Trump, now under Biden they're enjoying a war in Ukraine. And want the US to pay for most of the cost, which Trump's not going to go along with. Yeah, Biden's been GREAT for Europe. Lot of idiots in charge over there, as they turn Muslim and African.

am very intrigued to know, if he wins, how he will pick up with Xi and the Big Poot.

Peace has a cost, but it'll be less than that of WW 3 that Biden (then Kamala) and his obeisance to the military-industrial complex is moving the world toward. NOW after Biden the cost will be higher. We'll see what the Art of the Deal maker can come up with, using a combo of stick and carrot.

Yes, as the war continued. Plentry of Dems supporting at the start though.

But how can you say who and how many supported Trump back then?

Please stop distorting what I wrote. I wrote that most of those who were Republican at that time (and were still able to vote) also voted for Trump.

This current post is a metaphor for an ongoing rhetoric from unhinged Trump and now the Turncoat J D Vance, that suggests in due course an end (death) to the era of Trump and MAGA

Just out of interest - when was USA great to which MAGA relates?

For the left it’s just a dog and donkey show, given the fact that they’re autocrats and dictate their nominees and their constituencies have no say,

Are you guys for real?Do you even hear yourselves talk?

was there any doubt who your nominee would be?Do you know who the cochair of the RNC is? There is even talk of renaming the RNC to the trumpNC

How much does Romney , Pence, Cheney   have to say in the big tent of the RNC?

Yet here you are in full support and agreement of your dear political leaders conducting an open and blatant coup. It’s fascinating to watch folks heard in a direction of which they have no idea what it’s sum is.

No. But the Repub candidates did have televised debates. None of the 13 possible candidates polled well enough to lure Trump into debating any of them.

This, as opposed to the DNC's fiat annointing of Haley w/o letting the voters hear from other better candidates. That's 'cause they knew she'd lose.

Let's not take that talk too seriously.

They can say what they wish, but they've been heard from already and are deeply unpopular. Cheney sank herself as a hack on the J6 committee. Pence was around but he lacks any charisma whatsoever. He's also a too much of a Christian fundamentalist. Trump's not fond of him owing to a major disagreement, in which Cheney was quite right. Being right is, you know, unforgivable. 😉

Somebody on the Dem side floated Romney as a Kamala replacement, 'cause he's such a RINO. He'd be much better than Kamala, but of course has no chance of going up against her.

If there is any indication that you don't hear yourselves talk,  0r that even if you do, there is definitely no communication between your brain and your mouth.

Imagine, a trump supporter accusing the Democrats af a coup.

Diabolical  how Harris  got Biden to fall apart at the debate so that she could instigate this fiendish coup of hers

.Diabolical !!:cheesy:

Yes indeed with about 100 days left until the election and a week until the deadline to get their candidate in the Ohio state balot, the democrats should hold televised debates to choose a candidate.

If your side's argument weren't so sad they would be funny.

Actually they are not even your argument, you are simply regurgitating trump's talking points.

And don't tell me that Biden did not have one, He was a sitting president, he run unopposed same as trump did for  his second term. Every sitting president except on in 1852  has gotten his party's nomination .

They delayed rather too long to hold their coup. Or putsch, as it's been called. Maybe that was by design, however. The DNC bosses have known about Biden's dementia for years and covered it up, in collaboration w/ the fake news.

Is that all you have? A simple minded attempt to insult? Clearly you refuse and deprive yourself any opportunity of paying attention as to what is happening, yet it’s right before your very eyes. If you were reading about the same scenario happening in the USSR, naturally you’d be singing coup!

The dear leader’s cabal used countless lawless legal tactics to remove his opponent and failed miserably.

The dear leader failed miserably in the debate due to cognitive impairment.
Bullet missed his opponent.
His opponent becomes the exact opposite of him showing strength and defiance and mass support defying the regime.
It appears to be all over the regime and the dear leader is declared sick and removed from public view.

The regime replaces him and the dear leader declares this in a letter without any public appearance.

Replacement of a new dear leader & installed without a single vote.

There is your coup taken right out of the Soviet playbook.

Well it doesn't really mean anything when she's running against a man who could not keep his own staff at the White House, and would throw virtually everybody who resigned under the bus.

We have no idea whether or not this information is correct or was planted by an extremely desperate Trump, who is running very scared at the moment.

Would anyone like to take Wagers on the possibility of trump facing Harris at debate? My guess is that he will bow out as she would dissect him like a corner at an autopsy, with her additional 50 IQ points over the man.

I can see it now..   a ramble on about yellow busses,  time and relativity to time in relation to time in the present and..

You do not give the left enough credit. The decision to throw Biden under the bus was made before the debate. The debate was just the vehicle. Did you notice how quickly and compleatly the media/left pounced on him after propping him up for years?

And now that Biden was dragged out kicking and screaming, the same bluffers are calling him a great patriot and comparing him to George Washington!

Now they're all fawning all over Kamala like "JV cheerleaders invited to the prom by the captain of the varsity team.  All lined up to lick the boots of the anointed one...
