Two ladies of the second category hired a regular motorbike taxi driver, for fifty baht, to deliver Yah Bah (amphetamine) to their room. They confessed that they are addicted to drugs and craved more.

On 1 August 2007, at 2:30 AM, Pol.Maj. Anake Srathong-U, of Chonburi Investigation, along with a team of officers, arrested Mr. Chatchai Tung-Jui (43), a motorbike taxi driver, who was in possession of five Yah Bah tablets (amphetamine), in front of Kasempak Apartment, in South Pattaya.

Mr. Chatchai confessed that he was hired, for fifty baht, to deliver the Yah Bah to Room 111, on the second floor of the apartment building. Police then followed up by knocking on the door and pretending to be delivering the drugs. Once the door was opened, police discovered two katoeys (ladyboys) taking Yah Bah and Yah Ice and placed them under arrest.

The two ladyboys were Mr.Anurak Thongsuk, nicknamed "Beer" (29), from Nontaburi Province, who is the room owner, and Mr. Akachai Anumart, nicknamed "O" (21,) from Roi-et Province.

Police confiscated evidence consisting of Yah Bah and Yah Ice equipment and, after searching the room, found Yah Ice in two plastic bags, weighing one gram. They also found one sleeping pill. Both ladyboys were charged with possessing category one drugs (methamphetamine)

Mr. "Beer" confessed that he sells sexual favors to foreigners around Walking Street and is addicted to drugs. He invited Mr. "O" to come to his room and share the Yah Ice with him. The Yah Ice that they were taking was provided by another katoey friend who had already left. When they ran out of drugs, they still craved more and telephoned another katoey friend to arrange for five more tablets of Yah Bah to be delivered by hiring Mr. Chatchai, the motorbike taxi driver to bring it to the room.

Police arrested the two ladyboys and the motorbike taxi delivery man, and sent them for investigation and further action according to the law.
