He omitted the intention to let Israel have it. I opinioned that many months ago already, was laughed away, but it is heading that direction.

For anyone that has been following the situation, on other media than the MSM, it's been obvious what the plan has been for about a year, followed by that other piece of real estate, but I'll avoid the usual insults by not getting into it on here.

For a hint, look at what is left of north Gaza.

Does your other media, the Hamas supports clubs also report on the executions and knee cappings Hamas is carrying out on Palestinians?

Thought not.

Terrorist who captured IDF soldier Naama Levy was killed in a drone strike, army reveals

The news of Muhammad Abu Aseed's death in Gaza was kept classified until the return of the five female soldiers kidnapped along with Levy on Oct. 7, 2023.

An Israeli drone strike in September eliminated the Palestinian terrorist who kidnapped Israel Defense Forces field observer Naama Levy during the Hamas-led Oct. 7, 2023 cross-border massacre, the military revealed on Thursday.
The news of Muhammad Abu Aseed’s death in Gaza was kept classified until the return of the five female soldiers who were taken hostage alongside Levy and held captive for almost 500 days.
The footage of Levy’s abduction from the IDF’s Nahal Oz base was widely shared on social media.

Israelis have been doing since 1967 what Jews have been doing since Biblical times- fighting for survival.  It's been a forever war for a very long time,  Nothing new about that, except since 1948, Israelis have been fighting to defend a homeland for the world's Jews.

You mean there might be a repeat of what happened in Germany to Jews between 1933 and  1945?  Wow, isolating half the world's Jewish population as outcasts sounds a lot like the messages of The Protocols of the Elders of Zion and Mein Kampf.

I agree there are many signs of a resurgence of overt antisemitism in the world today and that does not bode well for Israel.  However, Jews have gotten a lot better at fighting the forever war.  Palestinians and their supporters who seek to destroy the Jewish state won't have an easy time of it.  Never again is today- and tomorrow- and forever.

But of course another scenario is possible- that Hamas and all other Palestinians choose to recognize Israel's existence as the homeland of the world's Jews and negotiate a permanent peace on that basis.

What victory? Have not eliminated Hamas, have not made Palestinians leave Gaza. Have recruited enough Palestinian men to make up for those killed. Have created millions of enemies around the world.

The end of the current conflict will, IMO, be the start of a world wide movement against israel. Welcome to the forever war.

Israel never claimed a victory though, stop making things up, a lot of work to be done yet

Israel says it’s stopping aid into Gaza over Hamas refusal to extend ceasefire’s 1st phase

image.png

Israel has announced a halt to the entry of goods and supplies into Gaza, citing Hamas’s refusal to accept what it describes as an American proposal to extend the first phase of the ceasefire through Passover and Ramadan, alongside additional hostage releases.

The decision was confirmed by the Prime Minister’s Office, which stated, “With the end of Phase 1 of the hostage deal, and in light of Hamas’s refusal to accept the [US special envoy Steve] Witkoff outline for continuing talks – to which Israel agreed – Prime Minister Netanyahu has decided that, as of this morning, all entry of goods and supplies into the Gaza Strip will cease.”

The Prime Minister’s Office further emphasized that Israel will not agree to a ceasefire without the release of hostages. “Israel will not allow a ceasefire without the release of our hostages,” the statement read, warning of “further consequences” should Hamas continue to reject the proposal.

According to the Kan public broadcaster, Israel assesses that the level of humanitarian aid that has entered Gaza in recent weeks is sufficient to sustain the region for several months. Reports indicate that during the deal, 4,200 trucks of aid per week were allowed into the territory, which Israel estimates could last for up to six months.

The decision to adopt the "Witkoff" plan was announced last night by the Prime Minister’s Office. Under Israel’s account of the proposal, half of the remaining hostages—both those alive and those confirmed dead—would be released on the first day of the extended ceasefire. The remaining captives would be freed at the end of the period, provided that a permanent ceasefire agreement is reached.

Currently, terror groups in Gaza are holding 59 hostages, including at least 35 individuals whom the Israel Defense Forces have confirmed to be deceased. The ongoing negotiations remain at an impasse, with Israel insisting on hostage releases as a condition for any further ceasefire extensions and Hamas refusing to accept the proposed terms.

Pro-Palestinian groups in the West have at protests been calling  for a ceasefire in Gaza since Oct. 8, 2023.  Now that Hamas has rejected an extension to the first phase of the earlier ceasefire agreement, I wonder if these groups will continue to demand a ceasefire?  It ain't the Israelis who are saying "no" this time round.

British MPs said they saw acts of “intimidation” from Israeli settlers during their visits to the West Bank.

Father of the House Sir Edward Leigh said “The moment we turned up, two young settlers, I can only describe them as punks, turned up with submachine guns in a clear act of intimidation,”  while Labour MP Uma Kumaran said she had “guns pointed” in her face when in the West Bank with the Foreign Affairs Committee.

Last month Israeli tanks moved into the occupied West Bank for the first time since 2002, amidst a backdrop of increasing settler violence against Palestinians.

Sir Edward added: “Hundreds of Palestinian-owned olive trees have been torched, sawed down or destroyed.''

No surprises there. I'm only surprised that they even turned up, given what is going on has been more or less ignored by western governments. The only question now is if they actually do anything about it.

There is a ceasefire in the war going on and Hamas refuses to extend it and all you have is a few leftie MP's visiting the West Bank and complaining at the behaviour of some of the settlers.

Did those lefty MP's visit any of the hostages that were released or pay respects to the families of the hostages that were murdered in captivity and their bodies held?

Perhaps they'd prefer to visit some of the hundreds of Palestinian terrorists that were released in exchange for the innocent hostages? Or would they be scared of being taken hostage themselves?

This is quite the statistic.

Half of all terrorists serving life sentences in Israel’s prisons were freed in the first phase of the hostage deal.

274 terrorists sentenced to life were released. 300 remain in Israeli jails.

Trump issues new ultimatum for Hamas to release Israeli hostages

image.png

President Trump told Hamas he will greenlight additional Israeli military strikes on Gaza unless the group releases its remaining hostages.

Trump's ultimatum comes during direct negotiations in Doha between his envoy for hostages affairs Adam Boehler and Hamas officials in an effort to reach a new Gaza ceasefire and hostage deal.

Trump issued the ultimatum after a meeting with six hostages who were released as part of the first phase of the ceasefire deal.

Hamas is still holding 59 hostages in Gaza. The Israel Defense Forces have confirmed 35 are dead. Israeli intelligence believes 22 are still alive, and the status of two others is unknown.

Among the remaining hostages are five Americans, including 21-year-old Edan Alexander who is believed to be alive.

"'Shalom Hamas' means Hello and Goodbye - You can choose. Release all of the Hostages now, not later, and immediately return all of the dead bodies of the people you murdered, or it is OVER for you," Trump wrote in a post on Truth Social.
He called on Hamas to also return the bodies of dead hostages it is holding. "Only sick and twisted people keep bodies, and you are sick and twisted!" he wrote.
Trump told Hamas leaders in Gaza to leave the enclave "while they still have a chance and "not a single Hamas member will be safe" if the group doesn't release the hostages. "This is your last warning!" he said.
"To the People of Gaza: A beautiful Future awaits, but not if you hold Hostages. If you do, you are DEAD! Make a SMART decision. RELEASE THE HOSTAGES NOW, OR THERE WILL BE HELL TO PAY LATER!" Trump wrote.

Breaking: released hostages met with President Trump and thanked him for managing to get the hostage deal done - and asked him to get the rest of them out as well.

This is what they told him:
Omer Shem Tov: “My family and, I, myself we believe you’ve been sent by god to release us. You really helped. You have the power to do it”.
naama Levy: “You were our hope, and now you’re the hope of the rest of the hostages”.
Trump: “so you didn’t think I came along that you’re gonna get out?”
Naama: “no. Once you were elected we heard that you want to do everything to make a deal asap”.
Trump: “well we said you better let them out. Something happened. We’re gonna get the rest of them. We’re working on it very hard”.
