I will be arriving in Thailand from my homecountry on saturday 31 august

with a new passport and evisa non O retirement 90 days single entry.

Do I need to go to immigration on monday with my wife and blue housebook or can I do the TM 30 procedure online?

I have new passport.

Thank you all,

Rudy

first time you will need to do the tm.30 in person I believe.  Where are you staying at first, BKK? a hotel or what?

Not true. It can be done online, I did my first one online fairly recently (on behalf of my wife who technically owns our home). It's pretty simple to do.

Just try and do it quickly as it is supposed to be done within 24 hours of your arrival, and setting up your wife to be able to register guests can take a day or so for approval if I remember correctly. Once that part os set up the reporting is easy but can only be backdated by 24 hours from the date you actually do the report.

And this link sets out, in English and (by clicking on the link in the top left-hand corner) Thai, the procedural steps she'll need to comply with in order to achieve this end:

https://tm30.immigration.go.th/TM30/Foreigner/RegisterEN/Register.html

@rutteketuut It will be your wife's responsibility (as your "Housemaster, Owner Or Possessor Of Residence") to file a completed TM30, nothwithstanding that you will, in practice, be its principal beneficiary.

Here's the thread of my experience as I initially had trouble, then I found the solution and updated the thread. In case it helps:

Feel free to ask for any other help, as someone who has fairly recently only done this for the first time (and I got good advice here) I am more than happy to help.
