At 11:44, on August 18, the emergency hotline 199 received a report of a fire at a residential house in Soi Nuanchan 56, located on Nuanchan Road, Nuanchan Subdistrict, Bueng Kum District.
 

Firefighters and rescue personnel from Bang Chan Fire and Rescue Station were immediately dispatched to the scene.

 

By 12:00 Bang Chan Fire and Rescue officials had arrived at the scene. The fire had engulfed a two-story concrete house, and efforts were underway to extinguish the flames using water hoses.

 

There were no initial reports of any injuries, or the cause, but the upper floor and roof of the building were fully involved in fire.
