I remember reading about that. Guys get almost no money for such performance in Japan. They are interchangeable, nobody watches the movies because of any specific guy.

Star girls can make a lot of money. But there are many who don't make much. There is lots of competition.

So different than US or euro actresses , that do 20 -30 min clips and aren't so beautiful.

Those male actors are pretty good too. They act better and more natural than US soap actors.

And are very lucky to get those hot japanese women in all kinds of situations.

I use that I because it shows footnotes with details where the information comes from. Obviously, it can still be incorrect, but at least with named sources it is easier to check where the information comes from and maybe (and important enough) cross reference it with other information.

I am an avid Japanese AV(id) (good pun, eh) collector since many years but have never heard about any of the ladies here.

Checking my normal AV sites, couldn't find many and all censored... no thanks. But realizing that there are 6,000 new girls entering the AV business every year, it might not be surprising.

But what about the real "heavy" weights of the Japanese AV industry, like Hitomi Tanaka, Anri Okita, or even Anju Akane, just to name a few of my favs.

If they ain't comin, I ain't going.....

Dreamroom productions is a US based one , uncensored , but they like most uncensored , they are not so good.

Tastes differ , of course.

 

The best and kinky ones are censored , and the decensoring may not be perfect , but better than looking at pixelated ones. Pixelation differs from movie to movie , some harsh others mild.

 

So the japanese are forced to censor BUT it's ok to use very young looking actress . Weird.
