Autopsy Confirms Hostages Were Executed by Hamas as Israeli Forces Advanced

An autopsy has revealed that the six hostages recovered from the Gaza Strip over the weekend were shot multiple times at close range, confirming that they were executed by Hamas militants. The findings, released by the Health Ministry on Sunday, indicated that the hostages were killed 48 to 72 hours prior to their autopsies, placing their deaths between Thursday and Friday morning.

The examination, conducted by the Abu Kabir Forensic Institute, determined that all six hostages had been shot from close range, leading to the conclusion that they were deliberately executed. The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) had earlier reported that Hamas terrorists killed the hostages shortly before their bodies were discovered by troops on Saturday afternoon in a tunnel complex in Rafah, southern Gaza.

According to reports from Channel 12, Israeli security officials fear that Hamas executed the hostages out of concern that information might be leaked about the whereabouts of other captives. This fear was allegedly heightened after a hostage rescued from a nearby tunnel last week might have divulged critical details.

The murders have sparked outrage and further confirmed the view that Hamas is not interested in negotiating a ceasefire deal. Jonathan Conricus, a former Israel Defense Forces spokesman, expressed his condemnation, stating, "Words that don't mix are good faith and Hamas. They abducted women, children, civilians, the elderly, and babies and have been holding onto them now for 331 days. If you look at their actions, I think you can make the assumption that they're not going to negotiate and they're not interested in returning hostages."

The tragic deaths of the hostages also drew a sharp rebuke from former U.S. President Donald Trump, who criticized the current U.S. administration. Posting on his Truth Social network, Trump stated, "The deaths of the Israeli hostages, among them American-Israeli Hersh Goldberg-Polin, happened because Comrade Kamala Harris and Crooked Joe Biden are poor leaders. Americans are getting slaughtered overseas… They have blood on their hands! Sadly, this is the total lack of ‘Leadership’ that Kamala and Biden represent." He further claimed, "This terror would have never happened if I were President, and it will stop the day I am back in the Oval Office."

International condemnation followed, with UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy issuing a statement: "The UK condemns Hamas’ appalling murder of six innocent hostages in Gaza in the strongest terms. I offer my deepest condolences to those grieving at this awful time. Hamas must release all the hostages immediately, and all sides must accept the deal on the table to end this war."

U.S. Representative Adam Schiff also expressed his anger and grief over the deaths, particularly of Hersh Goldberg-Polin, a young American-Israeli. "I am devastated and outraged. Hersh was among the innocents brutally attacked while attending a music festival for peace in Israel on October 7. He lost his arm helping friends and strangers during Hamas’ savage massacre. He had just turned 23. He planned to travel the world."

The killings have fueled widespread anger and sorrow across Israel, leading to mass protests on Thursday. The Hostages and Missing Families Forum estimated that around 300,000 people rallied in solidarity with the hostage families, blocking major roads, including the Ayalon Highway, in a show of collective grief and defiance. The murders have deepened the already intense conflict, further complicating the possibility of peace in the region.

A mixed bag of protestors as in all democracies. The one thing in common however is the sheer horror of the murders by Hamas

Hawkish hostage families urge PM to cease hostage talks with Hamas after bodies recovered

The hawkish Tikva Forum of hostage families calls on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to cease negotiations for a hostage deal with Hamas after the bodies of six murdered captives were recovered from the Gaza Strip.
The forum extends its condolences to the families, adding that the deaths of the hostages serve as a reminder of “the bitter enemy we are fighting.”
“They are murderers and rapists of the lowest kind. Human animals. In these difficult moments we support the heroic IDF soldiers who give their lives to rescue the hostages,” the forum says, urging the country to unite in prayer for the safety of the captives and troops.

About Us:
The Tikva Forum was started by parents and siblings of Israelis kidnapped into Gaza during the murderous attacks on Simchat Torah / October 7th. Their loved ones are being held hostage by Gazan terrorists, who demand that Israel release terrorists and murderers in order to secure the hostages’ release.
The Tikva Forum, composed of hostages’ families and friends, is dedicated to the release of every single person in Gazan captivity by means which strengthen the State of Israel and its security.

Fury and frustration among Israeli demonstrators

Thousands of people, some of them weeping, gathered outside Prime Minister Netanyahu’s office in West Jerusalem. In Tel Aviv, captives’ relatives marched with coffins to symbolise the death toll.

“We really think the government is making these decisions for its own conservation and not for the lives of the hostages, and we need to tell them, ‘Stop!'” said Shlomit Hacohen, a Tel Aviv resident.

Hamas’s armed wing has issued new instructions to guards handling captives if Israeli forces approach Gaza detention sites.

“Netanyahu’s insistence on releasing the prisoners through military pressure – instead of concluding a deal – will mean they’ll be returned to their families in coffins,” Qassam Brigades spokesman Abu Obeida said.

As seen on Al Jazeera this morning, netanyahu begging for forgiveness for the hostages not being rescued.

He's lost his usual smirk, so he must be concerned that he may be removed as PM and that court case and hopefully prison is getting closer.

“I ask for your forgiveness for not bringing them back alive,” Netanyahu said during a televised news conference. “We were close, but we didn’t succeed. Hamas will pay a very heavy price for this.”

Nope, he’s definitely not “begging” for forgiveness that’s you making things up and why would he be smirking when talking about such a horrible event carried out by the terrorists?  You may want to view him speaking English, you would hear him relay how the hostages were shot in the back of the head.

A Hamas execution

Its importance is because of Hamas the terrorists.

Hamas is demanding the Philadelphi Corridor for a reason - analysis

Hamas knows that an internal debate exists in Israel about holding on to the Philadelphi corridor. It exploits this and uses language that is designed to sow internal discord. For instance, it accuses Israel’s leadership of seeing the corridor as “more important than Israeli captives.” The fact is that it is Hamas that sees this area as more important. It is Hamas that took hostages. It is Hamas that used the border area to become stronger and launch a genocidal attack on Israel. It is Hamas that murdered the hostages.

In Israel, the debate is whether having military units on the corridor route is essential. Some think Israel can return to the area. Others think that monitoring can be done remotely. History shows that generally, this is not the case.

I think that a lot of countries and their leaders also know what the sticking [pint is and who is causing it. It is the megalomaniac Netanyahu, and his far right war cabinet that is the problem.

There are thousands and thousands of Israeli protestors who were out on the streets of Israel over the last few days, protesting AGAINST Netanyahu and his abject failure to bring home the hostages.

There are hundreds and thousands of Israeli "settlers" stealing Palestinian land and properties for illegal settlements in Gaza. There are reportedly over 40,000 Palestinian men, women, children and babies murdered by the IDF and over 100,000 Palestinian men, women, children and babies injured by the IDF. Over half the population are intentionally made homeless by Israel and the IDF.

So in your opinion, tell us all who is the real sticking point in the negotiations is and why?

...and where is Joe Biden in all of this? Americans are being held hostage. There can only be one possible answer- send in whatever Special Forces are needed to retrieve them, and eliminate every last member/supporter of Hamas.  But Joe probably doesnt even know how many hostages are still being held.

When American citizens are being held hostage, yes.  Otherwise, it just encourages other terrorists to do the same.

JNS poll: Majority of Israelis back Netanyahu on Philadelphi, oppose protests

An overwhelming majority of Israelis support Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s negotiation positions regarding a hostage deal with Hamas and oppose anti-government demonstrations in Tel Aviv demanding an immediate deal at any price, according to a new, in-depth JNS poll.

Netanyahu’s positions are supported not only by coalition-party voters, but also by approximately one third of voters for opposition parties, the survey found.

No you don't.

Hostage killings and new demands cast doubt in White House that Hamas wants a deal

One of the main questions raised during a meeting President Biden and Vice President Harris had with their national security team on Monday was whether there is a hostage-release and ceasefire in Gaza deal Hamas would ever agree to, U.S. officials said.

Why it matters: Biden and his top advisers were shocked after Hamas killed six hostages, among them U.S. citizen Hersh Goldberg-Polin, and have started to rethink the way forward in the negotiations over the deal.

At the same time, Hamas' new demand to increase the number of Palestinian prisoners released as part of the deal raised even more concerns and questions among U.S. negotiators about whether an agreement is possible, U.S. officials said.
"We still think the deal is the only way to save the lives of the hostages and stop the war. But the executions not only increased our sense of urgency but also called into question Hamas' willingness to do a deal of any kind," a U.S. official said.

Some more details coming out on the last few days/hours before the executions of the 6 hostages.

Ch12 reveals the IDF has briefed the families of the 6 executed hostages, including on the horrific inhumane conditions they were kept in and the incredible bravery they showed in their final moments.

According to the reports:

* Several of the six are assessed to have defended themselves and struggled with those who shot them.

* Channel 12 cites “forensic” findings that show Hersh, Ori, Alex and Almog defended Eden and Carmel.

* The hostages were held in a small and very narrow tunnel, barely two-people wide and too low for them to stand fully upright. Only two hostages could lie down at the same time on the width of the tunnel.

* There were no air vents, and the hostages had difficulty breathing.

* There were no toilets or showers in the tunnel. The hostages washed with water from the bottles they also drank from.

* The hostages were starved by Hamas. Eden Yerushalmi for example weighed a mere 36 kilos (79 lb).

* The hostages were executed two to three days before the IDF discovered them. According to PM Netanyahu, the hostages were murdered in cold blood, with bullet to the back of the head.

* Some personal items, including journals, were also discovered, which the IDF presented to the families.

Slain hostages struggled with their killers in final moments, IDF probe said to find
Several of the six Israeli hostages who were executed by their Hamas captors in Gaza some 10 days ago had attempted to fight off their killers, their families have reportedly been told by the Israel Defense Forces.

IDF Spokesman Daniel Hagari has briefed some of the families of the six — Hersh Goldberg-Polin, Ori Danino, Eden Yerushalmi, Almog Sarusi, Alexander Lobanov and Carmel Gat — on the difficult conditions in which they had been held and on their courage in their final moments, according to Channel 12 and Channel 13.

Hagari, who reportedly met with the families over the past day or so, shared what Channel 12 news described as the initial findings of the army’s investigation into the incident, detailing the harsh conditions in which the six were held, and showing the families evidence from inside the tunnel where they were killed.

It was hell on earth for the murdered 6 hostages. There were no rooms in this tunnel, hardly wide enough for 2 people to pass and not tall enough to stand.

This very tunnel, 20 meters underground, is where 6 Israeli civilians that were held hostage by Hamas for 11 months, were executed by terrorists.

Watch the video to see inside and the horrific conditions.
