As for CNN "exposing" Harris, that garbage network has all but committed ratings suicide with its past grossly inaccurate coverage of Trump 24/7 for almost a decade. The crowning glory of it was Joe S's gushing praise of Biden as being totally fit for office, never sharper, etc. How embarassing for them when Joe was exposed as the senile old fool he has been for years at the debate for all the world to see. The debate they hosted was a fair attempt to regain some of the credibility and ratings they had been losing, and this latest attempt at real journalism (for a change) has got to be more of the same effort. However, it's strange that CNN would do this right as they rehire that round fellow with the bald head they had fired only two years earlier for grossly biased and false reporting. Time will tell whether CNN is sincere.

I know that the Capitol was attacked, and I know people died as a result.

 

The tricky bit. would be actually proving that Trump ordered people to attack the Capitol.

 

If he had put it in writing or it was on an untampered video, then most certainly he would have been taken to court and charged.

 

Back then he was a lot smarter than he is now and he would have made sure that no evidence was available to be discovered.

 

Now he is little more than a senile babbling old man dreaming of his future days of glory, without understanding those days are long past.

 

Also a lot would depend on the exact timing of that message, i.e. was he still president at that particular time, or was he an ex president and a private citizen with no authority.

 

I would hate to be a prosecutor and take that case to court.
