Is he just trying to brag about his indepth knowledge of world history ?   Pointless really as 99.9999% of Thais have never heard of Hitler  or the holocaust.

He is actually telling you not to use doctor or hospital services.

The easier way is to ban smoking in the hospital and it’s grounds  or pay a 10,000 baht on the spot fine  if caught this is the way most of the world has gone you can’t smoke in public places but as normal Thailand is years behind

Yes, and they should be able to collect that fine right after they collect all the other fines they don't enforce.

Though I detest the cigarette smoke; this hasn't been well thought out. The fact that nicotine smell will remain on the clothing and the hair of this individual, to parade around isn't going to solve anything.

I think this is a great idea, and it's very clever thinking on his part. I love the idea of recirculating the smoke so that smokers can enjoy their own secondhand smoke. That is a beautiful thing.

 

I really dislike tobacco, and I find secondhand smoke to be absolutely putrid, and nobody should be subjected to it. The only unfortunate thing about this whole thing is the name that he gave it, other than that it's a great idea.
