Not any better back in the USA, try getting ANY appointment in several months, God forbid you need a specialist.

I didn't realise it was as bad in the US,     Jesus where did it all go so wrong?

99.9999% of Thai's know nothing about the World outside of Thailand, let alone much about Hitler.

Indeed , and if the truth be told  I am envious of them.  So refreshing to turn on the news here and not be  bombarded with cr@p about Ukraine, European Union, LGBGT. Global warming   and all the other propaganda aimed at us daily back in the west

this idiot is either off his meds or needs some urgently

lock him in a room with a diesel engine and see how long he lasts, diesel fumes are 100 times more harmful than cigarette smoke

I'll bet he owns a diesel car.

Smoking is toxic to others.

So are car exhaust fumes, let's ban cars. I've read somewhere that making an EV produces such toxicity that you would have to drive it for 15 years to equate.

hitler filled rooms full off ciggie smoke ?

In those decades all kinds of rooms, offices and lobbies were filled with cigarette smoke

By envoking  Hitler this doctor diminishes the Shoah and is thus trading in an anti-semitic trope

The easier way is to ban smoking in the hospital and it’s grounds  or pay a 10,000 baht on the spot fine  if caught this is the way most of the world has gone you can’t smoke in public places but as normal Thailand is years behind

Yes, and they should be able to collect that fine right after they collect all the other fines they don't enforce.

Note: The 'Smoke Room' or 'Hitler Room' will be showcased to the public once it is ready, as a deterrent for non-smokers.

repeat: a deterrent for NON-smokers

You evil non-smokers, Hitler's Room will make you give up your non-smoking filthy habit!

This MajorGeneralDoctor has lost the plot and needs to be committed (by a committee of course)

Though I detest the cigarette smoke; this hasn't been well thought out. The fact that nicotine smell will remain on the clothing and the hair of this individual, to parade around isn't going to solve anything.
