"They" have installed fiber optic cables to every room/apartment in your condo ? probably not hence the need to pay for the installation, 300 meters might not be from entry point into the condo it may be from some server cabinet a few kilometers away (unlikely in a very built up area but possible) The most important point is to have the fiber optic cable and Modem/ONT installed directly to your room and not in the condo "server room" from which they most likely only have coax or "worse" twisted pair phone lines installed to every room. This is one of the problems at many condo buildings where the "management" company can be very difficult or stubborn on certain issues insisting that only their "authorised" contractors can carry out work in the building and is why I suggested looking at the cellular 5G option. Anyway enough waffle from me what do I know ? -

Hard to take the OP serious, or very inexperienced himself about stimulants. If friend has eaten them before, he/she will have no problem enjoying them in TH, just as anywhere. If their first trip to TH, then I would suggest not to do them on first couple days here. Hint: there's not a big sign on people stating 'I'm high on drugs', when taking stimulants. Everywhere is safe, as long as their behavior is safe. -

You're entitled to your opinion, and I get how you want it to be all good. My concern is how will they handle a large claim, heart attack, kidney transplant etc, the most important thing is to understand the underwriter. I'm sure you understand the underwriter fully as you're a shareholder in it, your policy document says so, check your share certificate. Every document they have is gobbledygook -

And yes, do the online "training" to obtain a QR code that saves you from possible video watching at the office. If you willing to spend money engage an agent. If I can believe them they can do magic tricks like medical certificate without ever seeing a doctor 😳- 1

Lots of these guys in Thailand. You can blame Dan about Thailand, he's always broadcasting how cheap it is to live in Thailand. Thailand is cheaper than the west but you just can't move here and expect a good life living of an aged pension. You need money to enjoy yourself, go out to restaurants, travel, shopping. This is what you need and much more to have a healthy, liveable life. Hopping on and off a baht bus to get to the bar for a few beers and fish and chips for dinner would be a miserable existence. BTW, Flybird condo is an awful dull, spooky place for an elderly guy, it's got heaps of beautiful bar girls living there but these guys are not looking for a teenager.- 1

Excellent post @KhunLA. In my family, we have multiple races, nationalities, cultures and religions. My own children are of mixed race, one has a partner of mixed English/Jamaican parentage. It’s amazing how many foreigners live in Thailand but still hang on to their bigoted prejudices.- 1
