Ask the BKK Kush guy on LINE. Packages arrive in Pattaya the next day.  Has Muha Meds, Packman, and Fryd. He says Muha Meds are the most popular by far.

Why do you want those? They are horrible things filled with all kinds chemicals that are harmful.

Many contain Vitamin E acetate, an additive found in many THC vape products, which can harm the lungs when inhaled. Heavy metals like lead can also leach from the vape device components. Toxicants such as formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, and acrolein can form when the liquid or oil is heated, which may contribute to long-term lung damage.

Regular use of THC vape pens can further cause a range of respiratory problems, including:

    •    Chronic bronchitis
    •    Coughing and wheezing
    •    Irritated airways due to chemicals like propylene glycol and other additives found in vaping liquids.
    •    Vaporized oil inhalation can lead to lipid pneumonia, where oil particles accumulate in the lungs, causing inflammation.

I've sometimes wondered about what you've posted...thankyou.

So definitely not an option if you have COPD.

I doubt this will deter many. So much of what we consume is harmful to us, including alcohol and cigarettes, but people continue to indulge. For myself, at 83 years old. I have always given anything a try at least once during my lifetime, and I may just give THC vape a shot.

I've still got at least half a dozen "THC" vape pens here. All fakes. Do not smoke fake weed vapes, they don't even contain THC. They use chemicals from china that cause all sorts of health issues. The main issues I got was day long headaches, fogginess, and also just not getting very high. I've yet to see a legit THC vape pen for sale in Thailand. Someone above mentioned Muha Meds, they are the most notorious fakes. Smoke at your own risk.

If you want 100% legit THC vapes, go to the USA and stock up then bring them back. That's what I do.

How do you know these vapes are "legit", and "safe"?

Self-importing these seems like it would be illegal?

Yes, it's possible to buy fakes in the USA too, however if you go to a legal weed shop in the USA they are gonna sell the legit ones. Besides that, it's pretty easy to identify fakes once you've seen legit and fakes side by side.

As to how I import them, I'm not gonna share my method here, but over the years I've imported dozens of carts for my own personal use and never had any issues whatsoever.

In what ways is it "pretty easy" to identify fakes?

I did not ask "how" you import these. I assume that you know this is illegal?

Your welcome. Yes, not an option if you have COPD, but aside from that they are filled with harmful chemicals. Not healthy for anyone. Even some of the legitimately branded ones in the USA have been found to contain lead. They aren't tested and regulated enough.

I did just that myself. You can read my experience on the link below:

The vape pens are just easier than smoking a smelly joint. But, as stated earlier they may contain some nasty ingredients.

What do they contain then? Something that works just like THC. Funny how they manage to make fake goods that work just like the real deal.

Presumably, they contain nothing of value and don't work at all like THC. That's normally what fakes are. They look like the real thing, but they are just ripoffs.

Just like dodgy pharmacies that offer controlled medications over the counter, but they are selling fakes that have no effect when you take them.

Well, from my limited sample (five or six pieces over a couple of years), they work as they should. I don't think Thai shops are importing fake THC vaping pens. More like importing real ones to sell at a premium.

Personally I wouldn't know if that's true or not, but that's a separate issue.

I was only addressing your previous post where you said "Funny how they manage to make fake goods that work just like the real deal.", which I disagree with. And my point was; no, they don't work like the real deal because they aren't real.

And to your post above, @clokwise also posted the following suggesting that there are no real vape pens being sold in Thailand:

I sure would like to know what other punters have to say about this. Of course there may be a reluctance to testify given the legal status of said items.

Chinese-sourced synthetic cannabinoids mainly. They reach the same receptors in your brain as THC does, and they are considerably more potent. That doesn't make them a good choice. Short term use will give you headaches and brain fog. I can speak from personal experience about these things. I once smoked just a little bit more than usual, ended up in a k-hole like situation in a nightclub. Some friends were with me and tried to revive me - i could hear everything going on yet I couldn't move, couldn't respond, and could only see blackness with my eyes wide open. I eventually came back to earth after 5 or 10 minutes. It was terrifying. After this event I stopped smoking these vapes and suddenly my foggy headaches also vanished. I made the connection and started to research what I actually had smoked and, frankly, it didn't shock me, since I had purchased them from a black market seller and not a licensed cannabis dispensary. These vendors don't care about you. They don't care what is in their product either.

Long term use will likely fry your brain and your lungs  - at least do some googling first if you want to roll the dice on your mental and physical health.

Synthetic cannabinoids are also illegal, unlike THC, so there's also that. There's no good reason to be smoking synthetic cannabinoids these days when actual weed is legal, plentiful and inexpensive.

Some people can't stomach the choking on the smoke/tar emanating from a bong.

I fail to see the economic incentive in synthesizing THC. How can synthetic cannabinoids turn out cheaper than THC extracted from weed (given that "actual weed is legal, plentiful and expensive")? A cursory look at the literature doesn't give the impression synthesis is cheap or easy:

Synthetic cocaine also exists. Only it turns out even more expensive than smuggling the stuff at great risk and cost from South America.

Yeah, very good reasons to pass on THC vape in Thailand. Probably the same crap they were selling in the US before legalizing weed.
