She should have reported him straight away, but we all know they protect themselves, and are corrupt to the core, he had no right whatsoever  to take 10% 'commission' it just theft.

Policr officers and teachers have the largest outstanding bank loans than any other profession. 

Police officers  acting with loan sharks for 10%

commission shows the low bar demonstrated by the RTP.
