I tried Assumption University and they replied ''Write a letter to me saying we own all your information and sign it.''

Why would you consider Assumption Uni? Do you really want to get a degree based on assumptions?

I want to know which universities are the easiest to get into for foreigners.

For example I have tried the big five ''top universities'' their websites don't work and they never reply to emails.

If you can't even communicate with them, don't spend any money.

What makes you think you qualify for the top 5?

If you want one of the best universities in the country to have a master's degree I suggest khon  Khan University. But you haven't even said what area you want to do your masters in. They will want to see copies of all your original degrees and credits that you received from a university abroad. You can apply three to four times a year The price per term is roughly 10,000. Lots of those professors are from Vietnam China and Europe English speaking.

''Send the application fee first before we can proceed further.  No refund.''

As you can see there are much bigger problems in Thailand then choosing a field and applying.  They simply do read the applications from foreigners.

I just want a university that is easy to enter for foreigners.

If I had to choose a field it would be:

MA Education

Teaching English as a Foreign Language

English as an International Language

Linguistics

English Literature

Creative Writing

Anything focused on English.

My MA in tefl was rejected for the 5 year license. They said it must be an M.Ed.

It wouldn't be worth the paper the degree is printed on in the West.

I wonder where you got this idea from. Many Thai students use their Thai degree to continue studying in Western universities. Many of ABAC graduates study for master and PhD in Australia and the US, UK, Japan and many other countries. I personally know of a student that got full scholarship for MBA at Yale.

You literally confirmed his point.
