The last time I visited California in the USA there seemed to be a lot more gender identity/gay/lesbian/whatever stuff going on.

 

Stuff that was so strange that I have never come across it before. Like women who were having sex changes into men, but wanted to not be addressed with male pronouns because they were really both male & female and a bunch of head games and convoluted stuff like that. The more complicated it was the more they seemed to be into it.

 

More then any time in the past I was asking myself if someone was lesbian or gay or if they had some odd identity issue that I needed to take into consideration in order to not offend, or even how I greeted people. It's not the same space I grew up in during the 70's/80's.

 

I also seemed to be encountering a lot of gay guys. When I grew up that was an oddity and way out there in left field. These days it seems almost 50/50 someone is gay.

 

 

There are a lot of latent lesbians in Thailand too. When I got me my new gorgeous gf - I was expecting some negative looks from the Thai males. What actually happened was the Thai women behaving strangely towards me. Some of them I knew before and they were nice. Nothing than hatred in their eyes since they saw me with my new and beautiful gf. I was shocked to find out so many thai women are pervert.

The main thing to secure the future for an old farang living with a young Thai pretty is to buy a house. But if an old married farang does it - his wife will be the only owner of this house (if not, the Thai justice will correct the mistake).
Those who are not married have better chances to secure the future. But obtaining visa becomes very hard in this case.
Farang can only be an owner of condo. Owning a condo means the need to pay 1500 or even 3000 of service charges every month. Not a safe option.

It's a good idea to do so. But one day you may have temporary problems with regular earnings. For a month or even 5 months. And the bank will steal your house and your entire life with pretty brown angel in snow white bed.
