Kamala Harris Defends Policy Stance in Heated Fox News Interview
"in the interim we had a good exchange"--quoting Baier. I don't hear him say what you claim he said. -

WRLife just changed its policy even when you already have insurance !
But a 5-year wait is extreme. I'm healthy now, but I could develop one of these conditions in maybe 4 years from now. Why should I pay monthly premiums to an insurance company who will deny a claim after 4 years of good health? If I were to change insurers, I can certainly do that without any additional medical exclusions, (I'm only excluded for BPH/UTIs). But eg Cigna, who are certainly a reputable company, will charge me more than double the monthly premium 😞 -

Kamala Harris Defends Policy Stance in Heated Fox News Interview
They had some very loaded questions - has your 4 years been terrible or very terrible? Hard to answer. But yes neither her nor Trump are the greatest at answering questions - but since there's a 100 other reasons that Trump is a terrible option - whereas Kamala in my opinion is quite reasonable on most things - picking one because the other is so bad does make sense. -

US Visa for Thai Citizen - Do they have an Undisclosed Quota.
Nonsense . She couldn't have stronger ties to Thailand - and if there were sufficient reasons to return to satisfy UKVI then it should be good enough for the Yanks As it happens she hates America (no justifiable reason) abd they are only going for a week for a relatives wedding anniversary in Las Vegas. She can't wait to get back to the fields of Isaan. -

A vote for Trump is a vote for Putin / Orban / Kim Jong Un
Trump delayed weapons shipments for a few weeks, shipments that Obama NEVER approved, and Biden cancelled, along with the Trump-Russia sanctions once he took office. You forget all that? Hey, what about Biden holding up arms to Israel for political gain, or flying Zelenskyy in to campaign for Harris? -

Bill Maher questions harris’s husband ,slapping a woman controversy
I don't think Trump holds a candle to Slick Willie, either. If the Lolita Express gave out airmiles, he'd never have to pay for a hotel stay, anywhere. For life. -

How long hormone treatment for prostate cancer should continue vs side effects
Background: Earlier in the year I underwent a successful radiation treatment for prostate cancer in conjunction with a 3 monthly hormone injection. My PSA before radiation was 43ish and after radiation was around 0.4. I had the first two hormone injections in Thailand (one before radiation, one after). Both injections were Enantone manufactured by Takeda In May I had to go to the UK where I had another PSA test (<0.1) and in July a third hormone injection (Prostap- manufactured by Takeda also) I’m pretty sure Prostap and Enantone are essentially the same. This week I had another PSA test (<0.1) and am due another hormone injection in the UK early November I will return to Thailand late November. I was due to see a UK consultant mid October when I planned to discuss the issue below but now that has been delayed beyond my return date (no appointment in the foreseeable horizon due to the state of the Scottish health service - apparently patients with a new prostate diagnosis take precedence over those undergoing treatment). I have had some other blood tests over here and everything (including blood sugar and thyroid) are normal except for raised lipids – prescribed Atorvastatin). So here goes: I understand the side effects of the hormone injections and I have no problems dealing with “hot flushes” (usually after meals) and a 5Kg weight gain (which I can’t seem to get down). However, since the initial treatment I have become progressively more lethargic (I am - or was - an active 80 year old) and more importantly becoming progressively more depressed which is having an impact on my day to day life. So the main question is this – when does the hormone treatment stop or is it a permanent process – anyone have experience of these hormone injections and what happens longer term? -
