Never did 90 day reports in a decade, never had issues except a fine once for 1400 baht or something.

No fines?  I wonder how you got away with that one.

My online 90-day is being rejected with no reason, just saying "contact immigration immediately". This is second 90-day report, first was done in person. I have TM30 done as well. What could be the reason why the 90-day online report is being rejected? How can I find out the reason?

Sorry, I'd initially read it that you'd done it on line - my mistake.  The dates gave away it was by mail and I've just re-read your post.

Are you using your latest "entry" date as it will be different from your last online report .
