BTW, perhaps the "goals" are not being met because they are nonsense. A few people driving EVs are not going to compensate for DiCaprio's private jet, and the amount of pollution from 2 major conflicts, plus all the minor ones ( all those polluting tanks and planes ) isn't helping.

 

Frankly, I see nothing coming out of those climate conferences ( you know, the ones that have hundreds if not thousands of people flying around the world to talk a load of hot air ) that will actually make a difference.

 

BTW, we can have clean air and water and beaches without calling it climate change if we can stop farmers burning the forests, and stop companies dumping their factory waste at sea, and make Joe Blogs on holiday stop dropping his garbage on the sand.
